The charge for UK standard delivery is £3.95. Standard delivery takes 3-5 days Free standard delivery is available on all orders over £50. Please note that during busy periods, such as Christmas or sales, delivery times may be slightly longer. All UK orders are delivered via Royal Mail.
Certain items in our collection are ‘made to order,’ requiring additional time for crafting and preparation. For specific lead times and delivery details, please refer to the individual product descriptions. Typically, these items will be delivered within 14 to 18 days.
Next Day Delivery is available for £7.95. Orders must be placed before 2 pm to qualify. Orders placed Monday to Thursday will arrive the next day. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday, and those placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a Bank Holiday Monday will be delivered two working days later. Unfortunately, we cannot offer Next Day Delivery to postcodes beginning with GY, HS2, IM, JE, KW16-KW17, PA61-PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44, ZE2-ZE3. All Next Day orders require a signature upon delivery.
We offer international delivery via airmail. Delivery charges are £12.00 for Europe (10 days), £15.00 for the USA (14 days), and £20.00 for the rest of the world (14 days). Delivery times are approximate and may vary. Customs, VAT, and handling fees may apply in the recipient’s country and are payable upon delivery. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
