Returns Policy

At Pakabo, we are dedicated to providing high-quality jewellery and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to us, unused and in its original packaging, within 28 days for a refund or exchange. Please note that all returned items must be unworn.

Personalised items cannot be returned once they have been customised.
Delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable. Pakabo cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are damaged or lost in transit. We will only refund return postage costs if the returned item is faulty. If goods are received damaged in transit, we will replace them free of charge, including delivery costs, provided you inform us of the issue within three days of receiving your order.

1. Complete the Dispatch Note:
Fill out the reverse side of the dispatch note included with your order. Specify the items being returned and whether you would like a refund or exchange. Include a contact telephone number or email address so we can contact you if necessary.

2. No Dispatch Note?
If you do not have the delivery note, include a covering letter in your return parcel with your name, address, telephone number, the reason for return, and your preferred resolution (refund or exchange).

3. Prepare Your Parcel:
Ensure items are securely packed in their original packaging or a padded, protective envelope.

4. Use Our Freepost Label:
Attach the FREEPOST returns label from your dispatch note and send your parcel to:

5. Proof of Postage:
While Royal Mail Recorded/Special Delivery is not required, we strongly recommend obtaining a free proof of postage from the Post Office. Pakabo cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. 

For international returns, postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any additional shipping costs for redispatching exchanged items will also apply. We recommend obtaining proof of postage for international returns as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
